Who We Are
CARE Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable and underserved communities across Liberia through sustainable healthcare, education, clean water, and economic opportunity.
CARE Incorporated was founded on November 28, 2022 by Konrad Barjuah, Massa Barjuah, and Kevin Bliss, inspired by a deep desire to give back to their native homeland of Liberia and make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable and underserved communities.
After witnessing the challenges many women and children face – especially in healthcare, education, clean water, and economic opportunity – the founders felt compelled to turn compassion into action. What began as a shared commitment has grown into a nonprofit organization built on the belief that sustainable change comes through empowering families, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for a better future.
