From a Personal Calling to a Growing Mission
From a Personal Calling to a Growing Mission

CARE Incorporated was founded on November 28, 2022 by Konrad Barjuah, Massa Barjuah, and Kevin Bliss, inspired by a deep desire to give back to their native homeland of Liberia and make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable and underserved communities.

After witnessing the challenges many women and children face – especially in healthcare, education, clean water, and economic opportunity – the founders felt compelled to turn compassion into action. What began as a shared commitment has grown into a nonprofit organization built on the belief that sustainable change comes through empowering families, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for a better future.
